Vice QHK160

QHK160 is a machine-made precision two-rotary (inclined rotary) vice of the QHK series with a width of jaw pads of 160 mm and a maximum opening of 128 mm, which are used for precise and reliable clamping of a part in a convenient position when processing on milling, drilling, sharpening, grinding and other machines. The range of rotation of the workpiece on the vice of this model in the horizontal plane is 0-360, in the vertical plane 0-90. Degree scales allow you to track the angles of rotation and tilt. Structurally, the tool is a body with a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed to the part using a trapezoidal screw. The latter, in turn, has protection against the ingress of sawdust (this solution can significantly extend its service life). A thrust bearing mounted on the shaft allows you to create a large clamping force without much effort in rotating the handle. The sliding of the movable jaw is adjusted using adjustment bars. The pads on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The base of the vise has mounting holes and grooves for precise positioning and secure attachment of the fixture to the machine table. If necessary, the vice can be used without a rotating base. The QHK125 is ideal for clamping parts for both roughing and finishing.
