Vise QKD100

QKD100 is a machine-made non-rotating sine (inclined, angular) vice of the QKD series with a width of jaw pads of 106 mm and a maximum opening of 108 mm, which are used for precise and reliable clamping of a part in a convenient position when processing on a drilling or small milling machine (can also be used on another equipment). Structurally, the tool is a body with a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed to the part using a trapezoidal screw. The pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The fixed jaw plate has V-shaped depressions on its surface. This allows you to reliably and accurately clamp not only flat-shaped workpieces, but also cylindrical ones. The base of the vise has mounting holes for precise positioning and reliable mounting of the fixture on the machine table. The main feature of the QKD series vice is the ability to tilt it in a vertical plane from 0-90. The locking pin allows you to fix the tilt in 15 increments. To more accurately adjust the angle, use the adjustment knob.
