Q9775 is a machine cross-shaped fixed vice of the Q97 series with a jaw pad width of 81 mm and a maximum opening of 82 mm, which are used on drilling, milling and grinding machines (if necessary, can be used on other equipment) for reliable clamping of the part, as well as for its quick and precise positioning in two mutually perpendicular axes due to the longitudinal-transverse support. Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws located on a mechanism of longitudinal and transverse movement. One of the jaws is stationary (has a one-piece design with a vice body), and the second is pressed to the part using a trapezoidal screw. The fixed jaw pad has a flat and ground surface, while the movable jaw pad has horizontal and vertical V-shaped recesses on its surface, which make it possible to accurately and reliably clamp not only flat, but also cylindrical workpieces. The covers (plates) are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The base of the vise has mounting holes for securely mounting the device on the machine table.
