Quick-clamping eccentric vice Q19K100

Q19K100 is a machine-made fixed vice of the Q19 series with a jaw pad width of 106 mm and a maximum opening of 125 mm, which is used for fast, reliable and accurate clamping of a workpiece when processing on a drilling or small milling machine (can be used on other equipment if necessary). Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed against the part using a fast-acting eccentric mechanism. Shafts are used as linear guides to ensure straight movement of the movable jaw. The pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The base of the vice has mounting holes for precise positioning and secure fastening of the device to the machine table. The low profile of the device ensures its stable position.

To clamp a part, you need to use the central handle to install the movable jaw close to the workpiece, but not close. Fixing is done with a quick clamp handle, which moves the jaw forward by 2.4 mm, providing high clamping force.
