Vice Q19D80

Q19D80 is a machine-made fixed vice of the Q19D series with a jaw width of 80 mm and a maximum opening of 84 mm, which is used for reliable clamping of a part when processing on a drilling or small milling machine. Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed against the part using a trapezoidal screw, the smoothness of rotation of which is adjusted by an adjusting screw. The low profile of the vice ensures a stable position. The pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The fixed jaw plate has V-shaped depressions on its surface. This allows you to reliably and accurately clamp not only flat-shaped workpieces, but also cylindrical ones. The base of the vise has mounting holes for precise positioning and reliable mounting of the fixture on the machine table.
