Vice Q19A100
Q19A100 is a machine-made fixed vice of the Q19 series with a jaw width of 100 mm and a maximum opening of 105 mm, which is used for reliable clamping of parts when processing on a drilling or small milling machine. Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed against the part using a trapezoidal screw, the smoothness of rotation of which is adjusted by an adjusting screw. The low profile of the vice ensures its stable position. The pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The plates have an anti-slip surface with V-shaped recesses forming diamond-shaped figures. This allows workpieces to be clamped reliably and accurately. The base of the vise has mounting holes for precise positioning and secure fastening of the device to the machine table.
