Vice Q19
Q1980 is a machine-made fixed vice of the Q19 series with a jaw width of 80 mm and a maximum opening of 85 mm, which is used for reliable clamping of a workpiece when processing on a drilling or small milling machine.
Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed to the part using a trapezoidal screw. The low profile of the vice ensures a stable position.
The pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The plates have an anti-slip surface with indentations that form a so-called diamond-shaped mesh. This allows workpieces to be clamped reliably and accurately.
The base of the vise has mounting holes for precise positioning and reliable mounting of the fixture on the machine table.
