Vice CV-75

CV-75 is a machine cross-shaped non-rotating vice of the CV series with a jaw pad width of 80 mm and a maximum opening of 70 mm, which are used on drilling, milling and grinding machines (if necessary, can be used on other equipment) for reliable clamping of the part, as well as for its fast and precise positioning in two mutually perpendicular axes due to the longitudinal-transverse support. Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws located on a mechanism of longitudinal and transverse movement. One of the jaws is stationary (has a one-piece design with a vice body), and the second is pressed to the part using a trapezoidal screw. The polished pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The base of the vise has mounting holes for securely mounting the device on the machine table.
