QH100 is a precision machine rotary vice of the QH series with a jaw pad width of 100 mm and a maximum opening of 85 mm, which is used for precise and reliable clamping of parts when processing on milling, drilling, grinding and other machines. Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed against the part using a trapezoidal screw. The latter, in turn, is protected from sawdust (this solution can significantly extend its service life). A thrust bearing mounted on the shaft allows you to create a large clamping force without much difficulty in rotating the handle. The sliding of the movable jaw is adjusted using adjustment bars. The pads (plates) on the jaws are removable, which reduces the cost of servicing the product as a whole, and also increases operating efficiency. The vise model QH100 (YR-C) is equipped with a rotating mechanism, which is complemented by a degree scale. This allows the part to be rotated 360° around a vertical axis. The base of the vice has mounting holes and grooves for precise positioning and reliable fastening of the device to the machine table. If necessary, the vice can be used without a rotating mechanism.
