QGG125 is a machine-made high-precision pattern vice made of tool steel with a jaw width of 125 mm, which is used for milling, measuring, marking, grinding and other work.

Structurally, the tool consists of a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is stationary, and the second is pressed to the part using a trapezoidal screw. The fixed jaw has a one-piece design with the vise body, and its surface is flat and ground. The movable jaw has V-shaped recesses on its surface, which make it possible to accurately and reliably clamp not only flat, but also cylindrical workpieces.

The hardness of the working surfaces of the guides and jaws reaches HRC 58-62. The side surfaces of this series of vices are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the base. The parallelism of the guide surface to the base surface is 0.005 mm per 100 mm. The perpendicularity of the jaws to the guide surface is also 0.005 mm per 100 mm.

The QGG series vise maintains precision when working in vertical, horizontal and lateral positions. The tool is designed to be mounted on a magnetic table or stand.
