Table lathe RM210E

RM210E is a tabletop lathe, which is used, as a rule, in small-scale production for mechanical processing of metal, wood and plastic workpieces of relatively small sizes.

The cast iron frame has a rigid structure, therefore ensuring low vibration of the device.

V-shaped and flat guides serve for precise longitudinal movement of the slide (provides fixation and movement of the tool during operation) and the tailstock (supports the workpiece during processing). The rack, in turn, makes it possible to move the caliper manually, which is done by rotating the flywheel. A spindle motor with a power of 900 W (1100 W) is installed in the headstock of the machine, which transmits torque to the workpiece through a 3-jaw lathe chuck. The gearbox is built on the basis of precise, wear-resistant, durable metal gears. The unit has a longitudinal automatic feed function.

The RM210E machine provides high precision and quality of processing, since despite its compact size it has the layout of classic models. This machine is ideal for installation in a small utility room or garage.
