Milling machine JpAuto Industrial DM46G with gearbox table 1000 mm, DRO and thread cutting

The JpAuto Industrial DM46G 1500W desktop drilling and milling machine is equipped with a mechanical gearbox to change the spindle speed.

This model has the function of cutting threads in any configuration and there is no need to pay extra for it, which can significantly facilitate and speed up the production process. When this function is enabled, the spindle is automatically driven when lowering and changes direction of rotation when the specified reach is reached.

The solid cast iron construction combined with hardened and ground dovetail guides allows for drilling and milling with high precision and rigidity. The working surfaces are scraped.

The milling head allows you to change the spindle angle left and right from 0 to 90 degrees to perform a wide range of tasks. The large work table allows you to process small and large parts.

The machine in this configuration is equipped with a table with dimensions that other manufacturers do not have on machines of a similar format - 1000x240mm

A digital display device on three axes can also be installed from the factory.
